His movement isn't a problem. His Thor never really had trouble getting in. His use of modest ground dashes combined with tiger kneeing the mighty strike got him around just fine. If anything he just needs to confirm his hit confirms off of jump H, and tiger knee mighty strike- which with more play time he probably will
