Holy Shit...I have been a fan of theirs since '79...have seen them 5 times in concert. They are still, hands down, the best live act I have ever seen. And still...I get goose bumps listening to Rickey sing the Blues. Damn they were good...so very good!

I remember this great group--used to see them play at the community center in stirling, and elsewhere in new jersey in the early 70's. They were my favorite group and saw them so many times and Ricky is a great guy.

I saw this tour in Nuremberg Germany, They opened for The Scorpions. They even played one song together. I had seen them once the same summer as well at an Open air .38 Special was there as well. They opened up and we were in the front against the stage. Medlocke was slapping our hands! I know, big deal, but I had fun!

OMG...I first saw them in '79 at the Omni in Atlanta!!! They opened for Ted Nugent (The Scorpions opened for Blackfoot!) and I had never heard of them! Hot Damn...they absolutely blew me away!!! They have by far...one of the hardest rocking best shows I have ever seen...I've seen hundreds of bands! Blackfoot will rock on forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG,no kidding! I am so sorry to hear about Thunderfoot! I didn't know! I heard about Charlie years ago and I was so sad to hear that,I have been a huge fan of Southern Rock since I was a little kid,but Blackfoot became my favorite after I got out of the Army and moved to Atlanta! I first heard of them just a week before the concert...I fell in love with their whole look and the sound...Oh shit! They can play and Ricky's voice is the ultimate! Is he your brother by blood?
