I have been a huge fan of George Clinton-Parliament Funkadelic since the early 70’s, I was 15 years old!! Over the years, I had the wonderful opportunity to see them perform and it was outstanding, boy did we party, rock the house and something I will never forget!! He is a brilliant musician, collaborator and artist. I’m quickly approaching 70 and I still love and continue to listen and dance to all his great great music!! Thank you so much for the fantastic memories!! 🎉❤❤

This is the leader of greatest band ever put together. Examine the lineup of musicians some of the greatest in the world at their instruments. The best guitarist players ever on one band. The master of the keyboard and one and only Boosty Collins. The drummer who wouldn’t stop and James Brown horn section and many others who formed their own band. Some of their music was not played on radio or given credit it deserved. Tell me one group that actually landed a spaceship in a concert and the reality of it all is for all to see on KZbin the landing of the mothership. Some of the beats and runs in their music has never been duplicated. George was the leader but all of funkmob kept it on the ONE

I enjoyed being a funkateer from 1967- present, though time has called many Funk Mob members to the afterlife, music Endures 🎶 🎵 the Greatest expression of the FUNK will never be forgotten, I had the pleasure finally meeting George and Garry in the late 90's for the release of TAPOAFOM. PFunk 4ever😊

George Clinton looks grea, he looks very happy and healthy, and I think it has a lot to do with him being clean and sober for the first time in a long time, congratulations to him and his recovery, wishing him and his family the best 🙏

He was a door woop singer first. Then came the funk. He wrote r& b for motown while there. He had one " r&b song for his group on revolt records

I met George Clinton back in 1993 at an autograph signing for his newly released album then "HEY MAN SMELL MY FINGER" At virgin records store here in NYC, it was not a good experience. I was left stunned because I was a very big fan of his. I still have love for Dr. Funkenstein nevertheless.

First of all, he is not an R&B singer. He is the Master of Funk, a pioneer. The fact that this begins with the hit Atomic Dogg, tells me it was not well researched.

I used to hang out at his sister-in-law's house in the Perry Projects in Buffalo NY. I saw and did a lot shit I wasn't supposed to see and do at 14-15 y/o. Some people don't want to remember that shit. 😂😂

That's interesting that he's an honorary member of Omega Psi Phi. But I thought that he's an actual member of Phi Beta Sigma? Which is also why the big joke amongst Black Fraternities is that the Ques step to a song created by a Sigma....(or maybe I'm wrong altogether...)
