Blackmill, your music helped me through one of the hardest weeks of my life. I was in a car accident and was prescribed pain meds. I became dependent after taking them for an extended period of time. I was spending all of my money on opiates until I decided to get clean. I stopped cold turkey. I went through severe withdrawal for around 6 days or so. Couldnt work, sleep, eat - really couldnt do anything. Listening to your music gave me hope and kept me as positive as I could be. Thanks for you creativity and your predisposition to create excellent, moving music.

So my 13 year old grandson introduced me to the Blackmill music experience. Now I'm 60 but really like your music. I drive a Mini Cooper S and this is good driving music but also relaxes me. I liked Riverrockman's comment about being embraced by life but also wanting to be surrounded by this place and the music when leaving this world. Great job in capturing special moments in time with your music!

What I was saying at the start is that Piano's and Guitars don't grow in the woods, forget about what they're made of. You wouldn't take a walk in the woods and see a Gibson Les Paul growing would you? Don't make the connection of it being made of wood, that's being subjective. If they were self sufficient they would be like tree's and plants. Of course there's harmony, with man's intelligence he create's non-harmony, there was only harmony before man. Although he can make harmony. Peace

I was just being subjective. You're right, we are nature so what we create is nature, question is is everything man's made in perfect harmony with nature? Dream's are as real as waking life, the physical world is a relative reality. Yes, you should embrace all creations but see them for there truth, then decide. Peace

What is Music? Is music an impression of an higher being? Or is it just every each of us? Is it the truly sound of life? Or why is music taking so deep emotions of us? What is living and the meaning of it? I think the meaning of music is to ask questions like this to yourselves to believe in what we all are... Just one being, scattered on our beautiful planet. I thank you to make me get this message from your music Blackmill... just as i thank each of you for being here.

I've just discovered this music purely by happenstance, and I'm wholeheartedly impressed with Blackmill's oeuvre. The diversity, the raw talent, the sophistication and attention to detail, and the ability to craft a wholly immersive soundscape. Truly, this music dilated time for me. I put the track on and got lost in the atmosphere, and I thought the song had been playing for at least three minutes. I looked at the time and saw that only 50 seconds had transpired. Thank you for making this music. It has a universality to it that attracts people from a myriad of different backgrounds. Six years have passed and it still sounds innovative and timeless.
