Noiseblocker made great fans, I bought 2 BlackSilent Pro Fan PL1 and they lasted 7 years, only one of them started showing bearing noise, the other one still works today. They came with a lot of accessories as well.

Great video! I’m putting the black ones in my next build! I love that they give you 2 extension sizes, making cable management super easy, and the mounting system is so much better to me than force tapping the plastic with a screw. That always just felt so wrong to me. Really looking forward to seeing how they perform.

I don't know about the P edition you reviewed, but the B12-1/2 and B14-1/2 still have the lowest dB noise vs CFM air pushing capability of any fan out there. Even the latest SilentWing 3 and 4 series from BeCool is either the same specs or slightly worse. This means an over 10 year old fan design is still king. If you want a silent but cool PC build nothing beats the eLoop. But even back then no tech sites covered this amazing product line, its still unknown.

From what I remember, they dont push air straight out but push air out to the sides.

Finally a review of those and I'm glad it's from you! Thank you. Although they are fairly silent, I've always been questioning their "bionic" design when it comes to static pressure performance. I have 2 black ones as exhaust (top) in a FSP CST 350 Plus. It's not the best case for airflow but I can feel with my hand the difference when taking the panel off is huge. Temps are limited though. So now I'm trying to decide if I stick with these or just go ahead and buy A12x25 for the whole case. A future comparison video with the e-Loops would be very helpful! Also, the screws are huuuuuge. Mine are pressing against some motherboard connector cables. Not SFF friendly.

I love my noiseblockers and have had them for 6+ years. I bought them for their looks and not only are they quiet, they have an extremely pleasant noise profile. More of a low frequency whoosh rather than a whine.

8:41 I had them working along F120 for few months and that would explain why they accumulated 1/3 of arctic dust on it's blades, easy to clean too Glad you had look at them after testing the PS, they should match A12x25 on radiator so waiting for this too
