Fun fact: blackout and grindor were 2 of megatons favorite decepticons, it's often said that if they were to join the autobots, the tide of war would drastically change, they are bigger, and stronger than megaton. The size difference alone is frightening, but when u take in their weapons, covert ops capability, and all around stealth, it's scary to think about what they could have done if given more screen time. Black out and scorpinok were the soul reason they were able to find out Sam even existed

I love how they realized that Blackout was too OP so they nerfed him the second time he showed up in the city during the final act. He could have just spammed his KILLEVERYTHING blaster or whatever that thing is called. Instead he uses it only once and it's already super ineffective. Then Grindor is just Blackout without that blaster.

Yes, Optimus mostly just relies on others for his survival. I mean, it was a 3 vs 1 but if you look at literally ALL of the movies, he wouldn't have been able to survive without the help of other Transformers/humans. In both ROTF and DOTM even by Deceptions. I think that is one of the greatest weaknesses of the Bayverse, the movies are just too repetitive.

On ROTF he got killed cause of Sam while he was clearly winning but he was worried for him so he had to stop fighting while on DOTM it was the first time he lost a fight on AOE he got toe with Lockdown and when he got the upper hand on him he had to stop again this time for Cade in TLK he wins and actually it's not repetitive but it's adds more to the last fight instead of just being the generic the good guy is gonna always win no matter what and also it shows Optimus' real weakness his caring for protecting the humans i mean even Megatron on TF1 said "You still fight for the weakest that's why you always lose!" And then they said they didn't got Optimus Prime right 😒😒😒 if it wasn't for Sam on ROTF Optimus would have won same on AOE for Cade while on DOTM he lost cause he was overwhelmed by his rage and wasn't even blocking the hits no more but even if he could block the hits Sentinel had his DOUBLE SWORD and a SHIELD while Optimus had just one energon sword and an energon axe if he had his shield too Optimus would have lasted longer for sure i mean look at the fight against Lockdown he got the upper hand on him fighting with just his shield

Seeing this vid now, I noticed that Blackout and Grindor have different alt modes. Blackout's a Pave Low while Grindor is a Super Stallion. Both in real life look similar (since a Super Stallion is a Pave Low variant but on steroids) which explains why a lot of people, including me, mistook them as the same character though both characters and helicopters have a few minor difference: 1. A Pave Low has 2 engines and 6 blades while a Super Stallion has 3 engines and 7 blades 2. Grindor is noticeably taller and bulkier than Blackout but without the EMP cannon.

Just came to see the consistency error i thought was true... was... and it is.... Pave low (blackout) and Super Stalions (Grindor) hare 4 blade tail rotors, but the Dcons hand blade (weapon) has 6 blades. It cant be their main rotor because thats over their head. Perhaps they can transform their 4 blade to 6 blade considering they can transform alot of aspects of their body but still...
