Thank you so much for this video. It is so useful for the people of Ukraine now who have no power and no water in bid city's highrise buildings. Especially the washroom tips. Thanks again!

Don't forget you have 40-50 gallons of drinkable water stored in your water heater. If power goes out fill up all your sinks and bathtub then turn your water off at the meter. If there's no power then there is no water sanitation and you don't want contaminated water getting into your pipes and your water heater. Also it a good idea now to drain your water heater and fill it back up again. Draining it will reduce the sediment in the tank and make draining easier in the future.

Most doors from UK have UPVC dead locks and tusks. Thats is 5 points. I worked on big housing projects, about 20 years ago, a "show house" was attacked we used metal faced doors, these did not give way and were bent and peeled but the fixings and way the doors were made with a solid core meant they did not get access.

In addition to the MREs: Constipation isn't a guarantee. In my experience, I haven't had this problem, but if it does happen, the MREs do have a laxative gum in the CLEAR, not the red, packet. This can aid you in that note, but note to be patient as it is "slow burning". Also, don't bother reheating the rations; you're not gonna get much more comfort by doing this, and if you have any disposable water bottles or Gatorade wide mouth bottles, you can make a small explosive with the heater and some water that could become a tactical Hail Mary. It isn't like you made a frag on the fly, but it can help even as a deterrent or as non-lethal. Not saying to stage ten of them in all cases, but keep it in mind before you discard the heater. Ciao ciao!

Post Scriptum: PRO TIP: Eat the MRE throughout the day to maximize your use of it, and to feel more full by day's end. Typically saving the entree for "dinner" so you aren't sleeping on an empty stomach. Do this especially if you're expecting to be in a tactical scenario; calorie density is great, but man do you feel sluggish eating that thing before have to hump your pack five miles. Keep this in mind before you possibly receive contact.

Yep. No doubt. Not everyone including me can afford to shoot every day. Im on a budget and every time i buy a box of ammo i have to keep it. Here in west ky a box of 9mm fmj will run $38.

One gallon per person per day is not enough and needs to be 3 gallons per person per day

If you are doing minimal work and basically just sitting around in an apartment and surviving you're only going to need one gallon of water per person per day if you're limiting it to two weeks especially

@@outdooradventuretrainingsy6009 Having lived with only cold water and little of it 3 gallons per person a day is more realistic.

Depends how much washing you do. I used (drank) in 30 degrees C (86 F) days, only 20 litres of water for a week while travelling. That's about 5.3 gallons. 1 gallon a day is adequate with hygiene once a week.
