Great reaction. You say what Blinks have been saying for 7 years "We need more music from Blackpink", lol. Welcome to the fandom that gets the bare minimum songs so each song is like a precious jewel. In their first 3 years Blackpink basically had 9 songs. So, they have gotten a lot better, but not much better. If you want to know the girls react to "An unhelpful guide to Blackpink (2019 version NOT the 2020 version and NOT the Crackhead version).

@@CarmenReacts yes everybody’s voices were amazing! I love Lisa’s singing voice. It’s almost like rose and jisoo switched places with rose singing low and Jisoo hitting falsetto notes.

THE HAPPIEST GIRL has never been on Blackpinks playlist during their recent world concert tour. Not once have they performed this song and that is a complete mystery to me. If anyone knowns why they don't perform this song please reply. IMO, this is one of the best song Blackpink songs ever.

From everything I’ve read the girls were very hands on in the planning of the tour and how the concerts were structured and very much wanted an overall upbeat happy vibe for Blinks. This song didn’t really fit into that. I can understand why they didn’t include it with what their goal was for the concerts. One of the tour stops they asked the audience the song they wanted to hear the most and this song was chanted and they asked besides The Happiest Girl but sang a couple of lines before moving on.

Blackpink slow songs and ballads are something else -- stay, hope not, you never know, happiest girl, etc. It's a shame they never sang this particular song live. Because we usually hear her sing the bridge and hard parts, we tend to overlook Rose. For this song, when she sang the chorus one octave higher towards the end in full chest voice is awesome. She can do so much more with her voice than how we usually hear her in the group songs. It's a shame, the songs where she (the main vocalist) is really able to showcase her vocal ability are usually b-sides. I understand it is hard for a full live concert to be singing vocally challenging songs back to back, especially with all the dancing. But it would have been great to hear them sing this live.

I love this song. It’s completely heartbreaking and that is elevated by the haunted emotion in their vocals. It showcases like this album did many times that all four girls can do anything vocally. As for why they never performed it live.
