Nice vlog... U know what. Next time I stay I'm going to stay at that Ruskin. Only thing that put me off is location that is not on the front. But not far off. Deffo book for this summer. That afternoon tea looks great. Even though I enjoy a pint, I do like a good brew and a cake.

Hi mark excellent video in a quiet blackpool and excellent footage of the DWP building looks good and the businesses around and nearby will be busy and mr bazrai will be busy and the Washington pub what a excellent pub for food and more development going on in Blackpool can't wait to see it all when its done and the central gateway development the carpark where the syndicate night club was on itv bouncer's and before the syndicate it was the old abc theatre and excellent video on Albert road my favourite hotel is the ruskin hotel i have booked for may and September the two buildings they bought were the roselea hotel and the Florence holiday flats you have done a excellent job the ruskin hotel as done the hotel next door to deneside hotel i wish someone would buy it was the old avante hotel as you say people sell up and retire and it is great having coral island at bottom of Albert road it helps Albert road because the first they see when booking a hotel near Coral island and the promenade looks quiet thanks mark excellent video take care pal from Keith 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Is the shame about the derelict buildings and the rundown buildings but the problem is people don't have the money to spend on them and if they did they need people in there every day and a week and it doesn't happen it is very much a weekend town well Thursday to Sunday.. as you will know... I don't know what the future holds for 10 years upwards does it remain like that or will it change I don't know. But we're not the only Town like this. It's a shame we don't have a better climate. Especially with 7 mile to Sandy Beach. . But I understand from stuff while watch on KZbin but even the big high Street shops in the West end of London I'll struggling. It's the way of the world. Thank you for always commenting and also watching I'm not the best in it but I've just enjoy making videos and making memories for people to look at for many years to come. Take care

Said be4 ...stayed up albert rd few times at the winderful Montclair hotel..the best hosts i av ever known in any place ii stayed... wudcwell reclmend it to viewers...lovely walk on the prom so wide spacious so wen blkpool is busy thers lots of room to stroll love the 3. piers.and obviously the wonderful Tower take care mark😂👍
