Yeah that's Black Soul 2 combat system , I like it a lots compart to BS 1. More diversity and tactics you can uses in combo with these weapons. By the way, using magic on this boss is more challenging than you thought so congrats on beating the game that way. Your English is fine, no worries.

@@Curser311 yeah that meat wall was good enough for my first playthrough of DLC3. However, I like the companions system in BS1 , though not as good , it does feel nice to have some allies in 2 since those are rare occurrence.

@@schwartsbruder It's not loud jumpscare type of horror game so it will be alright. I remember on top of my head there are 2 areas that are horrifying but only for the atmosphere. Mostly world building, characters surrounding it, and combat. It based on Alice from Lewis Carrol( alittle bit twisted because Lovecraftian inspiration) so you won't be disappointed. Alice's Madness Return and Alice McGee are pretty cool games too but sadly EA killed that series.

I love Mabel , don't know why but she resonates with me so much, sad to see her gone at the end. Prickett and Red Hood are close second. Is that KZbinr doing some lore video ? P.s I love the choice of the Yakuza music in the middle of the fight. XD Also I'm actually running an Elden Ring Grimm build that's also a challenge run, (I'm using Shabari's wow as a starting gift as a sudo Leaf's ring only allowing myself to remove it once I use the golden needle to cleanse him of the outer gods influence.) picking weapons and armour that reflect his character and nature was kinda a pain. I'm currently stuck on Melania actually, wish me luck. I even have a little story in mind for how his character would change if he was tempered by the trials of the lands between...

@@LiddellBlacksouls it's more of an over all analysis video. I tried to ask him to cover BS lore but he refused but that's his own choice and he can do with his time as he wishes. Mammay is my personal favourite too. She is a goddess of chaos yet I find the interpretation of chaos to be more about Mabel's inner feelings and the conflict between them. She hates Grimm for killing the one she loved, yet fell for him too due to both the theatre's influence and her obsessive observation of him. she is nothingness and is destined too bring an end to the universe yet desperately wants to empower Grimm to save it, she wants desperately to feel human emotion yet can't. though it could be said to desire somthing is the strongest of human emotions as it can take so many forms. Mabel is a bubble of contradictions that's slowly growing towards bursting in an emotional climax and her final 'choice' to stab us in the back is when she shows the most emotion. I really wish us laying with her prior to the fight could result in us maybe giving her a child and thusly a reason to live or at the very least a reason to sit that fight out. Mabel is hard to describe I genuinely think she's the best written cheater in the series. That said their is a fan game called Black Souls Beyond the Cosmos that focuses on her.

@@LiddellBlacksouls i actually beat the game a while ago with difficulty (set on difficulty 0 with every summon) i could get past everything but the organic erasing beam (and sometimes the unicorn and the lion after getting infinite stunned) so you doing that is pretty phenomenal, especially difficulty 9 with no summons

@@noth___ Thanks v: It's mostly the same as normal difficulty except they're tankier and deal more dmg so you have less room for errors, Once you know what skills/weakness which enemies have, you will be able to get through them too. I did level up myself with Mabel's dungeon so it's not too bad btw. Also,check out folks with Soul level 1 play through the game, they're truly beasts on another level v:

Oh god, my highest stat is just half of your normal stat, no wonder why I got one shot by the hollows in the nurse graveyard. How many hours of grinding would it take to even get there ?

Oh , if you want to raise stats easily , you can farm Mabel's new dungeon bosses, they drop end-game Black Souls ( I think Outsider Soul)for rewards. ( Left door of Chao Dungeon in DLC 3 for 14 bosses fight and Mabel herself) My stats are not that high cause in DLC 3 the creator recommend 10k for each stats. I used buff to reach max stats. The Zombies in Nursing have max HP percentage ( 50% per hit), unavoidable, ignoring armor attack so to kill them you need to use Dispel, then rush them down cause even I have max HP 109k full defense buff, I still got 2 shots. On NG+ 9 , mobs are even tanky and dangerous.

I think Black Slash needed to be farm in Chaos Dungeon from those flying book, Providence miracle is on the corpse in MUSHROOM VILLAGE, Spore Forest Head left, then down, then right; loot the corpse for it Ruinous Arrow is either in DLC 3 at the beginning Clinic or in Chaos Dungeon again. Sorry it has been a long while since I played through the game and collected them all so I don't remember much Last resort, you can use RPG Maker Save File Editor to get them instead of farming in Chaos Dungeon ( luck based )

I really think they under used the abilities to talk enemies out of fighting that they had with Moch turtle encounter I wish they allowed you more speech rather than combat options with key characters then gaining their aid for GG as a result but only so long as you understand the lore well enough to be able to make an argument capable of convincing them. I really wish we could talk Lorde out of fighting us at the end, using our knowledge of this world and his pride to make him despise wonderland's twisted replica of Grand Guignol making him see it as an insult to his life's work that can't be allowed to stand. I'd also love an opportunity to talk Leaf into helping us with this fight setting her free and telling her about the theatre being ware her powers now lie and that you're trying to give this tragic love story between them a sweet and happy ending and proving your love to her by returning her to full godhood, while testing if leaf truly loves Grimm she will allow him to write the ending for you both. (Grimm would only have that option if he's read Mabel's library entries on feeding her identical sister to the theatre using this as an opportunity to kill leaf permanently feeding her both in flesh and soul to the crumbling theatre after they win, giving Grimm his revenge.) lastly I'd love to have Mabel as an option for this battle getting her to admit her guilt and attempted betrayal and then Mayday fights back terrified that she will ether be killed by you or the theatre for not following orders. beat her then offer to forgive her. I can actually see Grimm getting around the trap destined to kill mabel by cutting off one of her limbs and taking that fragment of her past the trap and having her regenerate from it ready to help you. I imagine you'd need to pick between Leaf or mayday but you do have access to the other 3 so it's not like you wouldn't be spoiled for choice.

You're right and it would be lots immersive and better world building but it would be a nightmare for the dev :v Elden Ring does have one instance with Patches where you can use Gesture to end the fight. So even though my guy is a douchebag, he keeps his promises.

@@LiddellBlacksouls That is very true about that being rough to program but I feel like it would be hugely worth it in adding development to characters. That said I can understand not wanting to add a whole dialogue tree. though just adding maybe a few extra dialogue options once you find certain things out would be good enough. If I could add one new option it would be after finding out Node's home was demolished and turned into Queensland you should be able to ask Node about it and her relationship with Prickett. an additional option I'd think is really cute would be after ending B you get to the point ware Node is sleeping and because you remember that at this point Node is pregnant a third option would appear to spoon Node's tummy to wake her up while kissing her neck, not a H scene just a cute interaction idea. I'd like to apologies I misremembered the appearance of the rulers set I thought it was just a crown my bad,let your lovely Alice shine with all the work you put in.

@@destruction42k That also go with Souls games, NPC just monologuing, and our main character or Grimm in this case , kinda standing there being mute, I would of course love some actively verbal interactions with them too as the pissed off Grimm, attacking the ceil while taking to Mabel is really memorable for me No worries, everyone makes mistakes, it's weird how Elden Ring the crown just follows by either fake hair or mask like Godfrey, Elden Lord Crown. At this point Grimm is in this irritating narrative development uncanny valley ware he has a defined motive and and character development and trauma such as what happened to his team in BS1 that still haunts and shapes him, yet he lacks a bespoke recognisable appearance so that he can remain an audience surrogate for the H scenes, this same audience surrogacy aspect stops him from from acting out and truly defining himself though dialogue choices that help develop and display his personality. Though his mind being suppressed along with his creative powers being funnelled into intimate purposes is a core part of the narrative as is them suppressing his emotional growth. I am begging that BS3 allows his as a cheater to flourish and be more of himself. I honestly don't think I've done a good job explain my ideas for Grimm though i've have always been better at explain things vocally than with text.

In the game ? Beat the game with G end, go to Queen Land, there is an hidden NPC behind the corner to the left from which you find the Gary The Killer Clown's hidden path. They sell the mirror you can change the appearance in the reminiscent room. If not, just find a rabbit hole and hop down. They have tea down here.

I think you have to got ending G first then in NG+ go to Queen Land, from bonfire go north into area with Big Coffee Cup rides,near the Carousel To the bottomleft corner behind the Tower there will be NPC(HiddenClown) that sells you Mirror skin from other characters. They're really expensive so save up some souls for them.

@@katiamanagan5431 in DLC 3 , in Dungeon of Chao, on the left side , there is a door for bosses rush. They drop good Souls like Outsider Black Soul and you can fight Mabel for her unique drop. You can farm there to level the fastest.

Chao Dungeon in DLC 2 just yield so little souls until you reach Floor 100-200 so it takes some times. You can buy Black Souls from Conductor in The Nameless Forest before Red Queen Land to gain stats faster as an alternative. Been a while so I forget most NPC and place' names

Thinking on it I get the feeling that using Diago's theme from Yakuza 5 might have fit GG phase 3 better as the original narrative context of the song is Shanida demanding to Diagio the chance to tell his own story and not have other people dictate his life to him. P.s you might not have noticed this but the background phase 3 is actually Node's library if you look at the outer edge you see the same book that chastity and fang use as a background.

@@LiddellBlacksouls I've not got ER on PC sadly so that's not an option. Millicent's Traveler set gloves and legs with the noblewoman's dress and rulers crown. With the Nobel's slender sword for rock bottom requirements 8 Strength 11 dex. S Dex scaling with Keen infusion A Strength with heavy and high B's on quality scaling. P.s I'd look up 7 reasons why the Nobel's slender sword is one of the best weapons in the game. I think it would be for the best to transfer all these items from one of your other characters to Alice to speed things up. anyway those are my ideas for the Alice build.

@@destruction42k dude , I have the same set for her, we're sharing the same mind, minus the crown, still looking for it, I think great butcher Knife , Morning Star or other great hammer would be the best, I thinking of going dual knife but I like shields and parrying so I guess I can let that through, kinda ponder do I go full assassin build with her or Spell Caster paladin style again.

@@LiddellBlacksouls I was going to say the butchers knife as well. the crown is in the fire monk garrison in the mountain top of the giants dropped by the leader of the fire monks along with the one eyed shield. I think a strong association with fire might work for her too.I can see her welding inescapable Frenzy and grabbing someone and rambling about the mad beauty of wonderland causing madness in her target. a red ridding hood build jhas also been on my mind as of late.

@@destruction42k the crown with a mask face isn't it? I tried it on but looks so out of place, I use Commoner head band and Navy Hood for my head set instead. You can use the Crimson Hood for Red Riding Hood cosplay. Playing the game with only the knife makes things so much difficult now 😅.
