Have watched all four episodes of restoring my 201-2. Your instructions are clear and the camera angles are perfect. Thank you. Now I will look for the video after Day #4. ~ Elizabeth

Thank you for teaching me. Very good presentation on caring and restoring these machines. Just bought my first 201K. You have helped me immensely.

Having watched all four videos, I'm now ready to start work. Hopefully all of this will translate to my 1955 aluminium 201K. Many thanks for taking us through the steps.

Without any question, the very finest domestic sewing machine ever made by anyone anywhere. Smooth, vibration free, excellent stitch quality. I could listen to that motor all day.

Good to see machines what never seen in life. Usual machines in my resale routine is soviet singer 15-88, german rotary Veritas 8014/35 and bunch of zig-zag "kalashnikovs" Chayka 3, Chayka 142M, Podolsk 142. Also all motors in my area have usual good wires because most of them made in 1960-1990s. Also modern pedals is a good choice for old motors because you can set up maximum speed for user and machine with motor live much longer.

Do you have recommendations for the oil and grease that you use? Is it from Singer or will any sewing machine lubricants work? Thanks!

I found one 201 in my region for the first time ever, but it looks not good and colored in white fence paint... And costs like a wing of plane...
