Imo, Mos is at his best when he does Hip Hop. Black On Both Sides is a classic album. Most of everything that did after that was experimental. That branching out alienated a lot of his fans. No. Most of his fans. Not saying that experimenting is a bad thing, but you've got to come back to the tribe from time to time.
