This is great, love the bacon! BTW, went to the grocery to get more thick bacon, price increase of 25%, unreal costs for griddlin. Great technique on the Potatoe/bacon barior. This is a great huntin camp lunch idea,,,,,

Tortilla handling tip: Always warm the tortillas before you starting trying to fold and roll, you can just Microwave the whole package or toss them on the Blackstone for a few seconds, it really makes rolling so much easier.

My wife and I are empty nesters and we have breakfast for supper every Monday. Bacon or sausage is our go to breakfast meat. Been doing that for years and love it. Great recipe Betty!!!

Those burritos really look good. I grew up on RAPA brand scrapple here on the East coast. Fried until it gets a little crust (maybe some ketchup on top) ... goes well with standby bacon, eggs, taters and buttered toast to sop-up the yoke. Making me hungry :)
