Tip for fried rice noobs: Make a pot of rice, let it cool then put in ziplock freezer bags and put in freezer. It drys it out and when you thaw it the rice wont stick together, and lasts forever in freezer. Lets me make fried rice in around 15 min.

Interesting! Our family makes fried rice from leftover rice from the previous day or so.
