I honestly don’t know the numbers but I can tell you it burns hotter than any griddle I’ve had. You’ll see in my next video ;-)

@@blackstonecooking I did a video comparing the older 60k griddle vs the 38k Omnivore and the old 60k is about 30 to 40 degrees hotter. Then I heard the Iron Forge is 17k a burner and if that's true I bet it's blazing hot 🔥🔥🔥
