Shark Fishing with New York Mets Pitchers Steven Matz & Sean Gilmartin

In this episode of BlacktipH, Josh goes fishing for sharks with MLB pitchers Steven Matz and Sean Gilmartin from the New York Mets. Captain Carl picked up several dozen live goggle-eyes from his bait pen, then we headed offshore and started fishing on a nearby wreck. Josh and Carl pitched several live baits behind the boat and slow-trolled for barracudas. After hooking several barracudas, Josh rigged up the shark rod and Steven Matz put on the fighting harness.

It is about technique. You can see they hold the rods loose and sloppy and are hurkey jerkey when reeling. Also you gotta use the bobbing of the boat to you advantage.
