going through it now-3 days in, antibiotics not working, UTI also the pain is driving me insane. I'm sweating, sobbing, gripping my mattress edge. Feels like my period cramps but WORSE and non-stop. Thanks so much for explaining this. I'm scared.

Ive got stage 4 cancer and had this. It was the most horrific pain I've ever had in my life. The pain is opiod resistant. A&E left me screaming and crying in pain. The only thing that sorted it was hospice care who treated it with Diclofenac and buscopan infusions.

Bladder Spasms are brutal-So sorry you had to go through this

My bladder spasms were caused by my indwelling urine catheter getting blocked,once changed the pain goes away
