Great video! But you forgot to mention the built in Telemetry ;)

That clip didn't make the cut ;). We will pin this comment, however. It is mentioned in our upcoming buying guide!

Dude! The battery has slipped out it's holder and you're able to continue flying it! No adverse effects from the pendulum effect? YOU ROCK!

I wondered if anyone else noticed. 🤣 That was pretty cool.

@@sdssteward I thought that's what happened, but read the comments to confirm

I don't think it's the battery. there is a long white label attached to the battery cable that just hangs loose. it's close to the same size as the battery

Just a heads up buy extra tail booms and tail rotors its what breaks in a crash. Ebay is expensive for them.

Nicely done, good for beginners but nice all around helicopter to mess around with if you're more intermediate to do some more relaxing flights.

I just ordered one on Sunday. I do fly CP helis but I love to just chill with a good FP once in a while too. Can't want to get it. :) Great video, btw.

look on amazon or ebay for the batterys, any 500-600mah with a jst should fit it. the e flites aren't that great of batterys anyways..

It must be a super calm day because it does not fly that good with any kind of wind

If I’ve purchased the BNF 120S2 would I have to do the Trimming Flight and Calibration, just curious because it wasn’t set up on my BNF Blade 230s?

does the remote work with the 230 S V2 and will it work with the Nano S3?

When will you make a Heli that has the features we see within drones, such as return to home etc.? I’ll be in the queue to buy.

Autonomy is not really the object for RC helicopters. The idea is skill development. But, having said that. Times are changing, as is the hobby. So it's probably coming. Kind of sad though because RC planes and helicopters are supposed to be a skilled activity. There's no challenge in the aircraft landing itself.

Yes... why do you ask?

Look at the video, the battery is hanging by the cable.
@kennethdavis23834 жыл бұрын
Horizon Hobby, because it looks like the battery was hanging by the battery cable while the heli was airborne
@Mikeb8134 жыл бұрын
I watched a couple of times pausing it - i think it is just a label sticking out.. i dont assume it would fly correctly if the battery was dangling around..

@realizedphantasy4 жыл бұрын
Nano s2 is a 3D heli. It's really an advanced user heli. I would start with this.
@sdssteward4 жыл бұрын
Start with this, then when you are comfortable in mode 3, do some simulator time on a collective pitch helicopter. You can use a free sim ap like Absolute RC Simulator. When you can successfully control this (the Blade 120 s2) in a little wind AND safely land a CP heli on simulator, get the Blade Nano and you'll be flying it like you stole it. A much more consistent and thorough development of your skill this way that will lead to better success. Welcome to the hobby. :)
