WOW!!! I had no idea that it was possible to program Set the servo arms 90 degrees by using the settings in the DX9. I've struggled with setting 90 degrees on servo arms on most of my Blade heli's, if it's possible to do the same with other heli's, u have saved me hours mental anguish. THANK YOU! Excellent video.

Thanks for making this, I just now after about 30 flights or so have had my first real crash, "servo stripped mid flight". Anyway, got some nice metal servo gears installed with a few more carbon/aluminum upgrades, and your video really helped out on the getting everything back to level part. Thank you!

RC logger micro digital pitch gauge is an accurate way to achieve 0 pitch on the 180cfx. It is also great for setting max pos and neg pitch.

Hello again. Now I am having an issue with adjustable gyro gains on the tx. I have it set to ch5- gear and I can see int being adjusted on the monitor menu but nothing happens during flight. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Any idea how to get rid of the slop I have on my trio 180cfx where it feels like the pitch has a huge dead band right at hover? I was inverted the other day about 4 feet from the ground and the heli decided it wanted to cut the grass so with no change in pitch on the Tx it had a go. It took significant input to prevent it from hitting the ground. I expected only minimal input since I was in a hover and as a result I caught it only inches from the ground. Makes landing softly very difficult as well.

Making the blades parallel to each other won't make them zero pitch. They will be offset by the same amount, one positive, one negarive.

Great video. Just switched from a dx6i on the 180 to a dx9 but I am having an issue with the aux2 to aux2. It was governor before but I am lost as to how to reverse and get this to work. I went into the servo menu and reversed it but i still can't get in. Can you guide me in the right direction? Thanks in advance

My 180 CFX drift left-backward as it starts to move up. What would be fix to it? Do I length the left and rear servo arms?

IMI does it drift in a hover? Make sure the swash is level. Also bent parts can cause a vibration making it drift

Go to Spektrum and download the settings to your SD card then transfer to your DX8

I am still getting that wobble but my biggest concern is that I ain't seeing any difference when I adjust the gain. Tried it on my own and also with the 180cfx download. Thanks

Tail wag. The head is fine. Had the O ring in and then removed it. Same thing

Yeah I did the upgrade and it eags in all modes.

Lots of people having great results with this mod. The fuel line can make a difference. Too soft or to hard could be a issue.However I don't think its the TT, It could be gain settings or a vibration. Check balance on your blades. I've heard many issues with motors causing vibrations. Check the motor. My pitch slider had some play so replaced it with a metal slider and the wag is gone. Good luck

Yes many people are having to flash the board using SPMA3065 cable. Then it will save settings
