Just followed this comprehensive walk-through to fix my BL...yahoo. I'm not mechanically inclined when it comes to working on helis, so I rely on my flying buddies for help when it comes to building and repairing my bigger helis. But I decided that I can a least start learning to work on my micro fleet on my own, especially since they don't like working on small birds...lol. Many thanks for this.

Hey man, is that pointer of yours a clutched tt for your 180 buy chance? I had one fail on me and wondering how you like yours...it looks a little more beefed up than mine...

I'm curious as why you can't just use sub-trim/pitch to get zero pitch at mid stick? That's how I center servos for my surface vehicles... Sub-trim (as opposed to normal trim) moves center but keeps full travel distance in either direction.

@scott sanger LOL ... if your transmitter dies, you have a bigger problem on your hands!!!

If your swash is level and everything and it still drifts to the left and back what do you do?
@JJInvertedProduction8 жыл бұрын
+Tyler W You may have a vibration for example a bent spindle. If everything is good and still drifts adjust the trim on your radio.

+JJInvertedProduction It's brand new out of the box I balanced the blades and there is no vibration . Is it ok to adjust trim on transmitter with a flybarless heli?
@JJInvertedProduction8 жыл бұрын
+Tyler W I've done it on micros for years with no issues. Bigger helicopter I don't do it or micros with rotary servos

+JJInvertedProduction ok cool thanks. Ya I've had a couple helis and never had one do that except maybe my nano. Is it just something wrong from like the gyro calibration at the factory or something?
@JJInvertedProduction8 жыл бұрын
+Tyler W It could be, you might try calibrating your radio gimbals

Hi I followed this after a swashplate install, and now I'm not getting any lift? Thoughts?

Sounds like pitch is off, did you check zero pitch?

Wow that thing is tiny and I know I couldn’t see that helicopter out side of it got to far from me but wow I’d have it crashed if I done a forward flight with that tiny thing I’m 45 years old I been flying helicopter’s since I was 16 years old my mom bought me my first raptor 30 after my dad got me my very first helicopter it was a hairobo shuttle it had no forward heading or a gyro in it you had to fly that baby back in the day it wasn’t a stunt helicopter but it was fast and fun once you got use to it lol after my mom got me my first raptor 30 I went out on my own and in time I got me the raptor 50 and 60 and the 90 and I still have them all and there still like brand new still and I still fly them off and on once in. While but I have a new helicopter I like to play with the kracken and the blade 230s v2 them are fun the kracken is one mean beast of a helicopter I will tel you that for sure

what about using a swatch leveler first
@JJInvertedProduction9 жыл бұрын
A swash level is the best way to go. I don't have one for my Mcpx Bl so this is how I do it. Even with a swash level I sometimes have to make tweaks after a test flight.
