Blade MCPX BL Setup tips and follow up video

Just an FYI that tip on tightening the blades just a little bit makes this heli so much smoother. I was thinking this thing was crap until I did that. Thanks for the tip. You and Tony make some great videos. You guys keep it up!!!

I turned my pitch links out one turn each and that gave equal positive and negative pitch! This heli really is great , inverted climbouts and rainbows are awesome! Glad you are enjoying yours too Cheers

Hello thx for your nice and helpful video I have a problem with my mcpx when I use my rudder it goes like crazy making back flight and I cannot control it anymore.

Do ya think the 70/111 pitch is required on all of them out of the box ?

Is that travel adjust setting for 3d? Mine flies great with stock 100 settings. I have DX18 also. I don't fly any 3d with this one yet. Only on my nano cpx, I'm still learning

Ryan, the 120sr is really easy to fly compared to this one. I recommend the nano or mcpx non bl. Research at helifreak.

question , hey I just got a new Dx6 not the dx6i The DX6 ,, question is I have a Blade mcpx and my motor keeps spinning clockwise witch is back wards .. I tried on the servo settings to REV it but I didn't get no motor power with that just swash plate moving up and down I have not programed all the switch setting as of now there is no throttle hold at all so maybe that's why im not getting no power ?? then when I put the throttle back to Normal it works but back wards like I said before .. really lost right now any help be great of even a Video on how to setup .. thanks for reading this hope to get some help

I can't seem to figure out how to adjust my travel on my dx6i. I only have one value to adjust. Maybe I'm missing something. Could u please help. Thanks and thumbs up

you will notice a direction next to the value you are changing. so for example, if the arrow near the throttle is pointing downwards set the value adn simply go up on your throttle stick and after halfway voila!

My MCPX BL doesn't spool up smoothly. For about 10 seconds the main motor jerks in little spurts in the correct clockwise rotation until it finally spins up suddenly. Once it's spun up it works normally. Has anyone else experienced that or found the reason?

Sounds like you need to make a hatcam to film yourself. :)
