This video was posted before I became sponsored by horizon. I have also been flying helicopters for 3 years, not "6 months." Thank you for your interest in my videos but they are not horizon commercials. I post them for people to enjoy watching and to see how these helicopters can perform with a little bit of practice.

Hi. I have the nano and find that every stock motor I try is so slow to respond that 3d flight is out of the question, indoors at least. Any suggestions? BTW. Unbelievable flying! Mad skills!
@mooseflier8 жыл бұрын
Why is it in 'blue mode', which should be safe/practice. I thought red is agile/stunt. I just got one of these and have been trying to get it programmed with my Spektrum. Just curious. Thanks, and great video and great flying!

Awesome flying, really enjoyed it! Im thinking bout getting me one of those little funcopters. I usually fly a trex 450, or a walkera master cp... How much does the nano cpx take? a crash with the rex means massive damage, the master cp can take several crashes without beeing damaged (if you changed the servos to metal ones) i heared that the nano also doesnt take too much / no damage when crashing it - true?
@1ARMBOB11 жыл бұрын
That was some awesome flying. I bought a fixed pitch mSR, then a fixed pitch mSR X, then a Nano CP X. I fly my heli's with just one hand as my right arm is parylized from a big motorcycle accident 18 yrs ago. I think I got a little over my head when I bought the Nano just because I still haven't mastered the mSR or mSR X. But I just thought that the nano was such an awesome bird, I had to have it. Have you ever attempted to fly with one hand and if so, would you have any tips? Thanks.

Mad skills! Could you please post a video of your Tx settings.
@highadvantage11 жыл бұрын
I don't have a pitch gauge but I know it's about equal in both directions. Maybe you need to adjust your swash / servo links until you have zero pitch at mid stick on collective.
@DrHumorous10 жыл бұрын
Hi, very nice flight. Do you find advantage in using bulleted blades? Thanks.

Dwinita P haven't started, last I saw a helicopter was when I was about 7 or 8 and it was still a gas helicopter my two older brother's shared and flew, I was too young :( but can't wait to get my V911 and Nano CPX in the mail, ordered the two and gonna practice V911 and then on to nano when I can learn the basics :D

Buck Lee I got the nano, man this thing is so much fun compared to those 3 or 4 channel fixed little helis. I do have to say I need more control and room, but this thing is so fun, haha I'm still scared about flying something bigger because it's just more expensive parts

This guy is obviously supplied as many Halleys as he can crash and been practicing this for at least six months to year there is no way you can take always on the box it's a lot like that this is obviously a blade commercial and of story absolute for a fact
@chris293010011 жыл бұрын
Do you take off in idle up, or only once you're airborne?
@highadvantage11 жыл бұрын
yes.

Having flown this same Heli for a year... I call bullshit! This is this is a pro who is obviously backed by blade and given him at least three dozen Ellies to crash bullshit

which TX do you use for nano? DX6i?
@weasele17 жыл бұрын
ok so I properly programed my cps100 and it wont even go near the amount of movement to go inverted there seems to be no difference in flight between mode 12or3 any suggestions?
@fredheimer9 жыл бұрын
short question, it seems that this is not a stock nano. Did you upgrade it with the horizon BL Upgrade or any another brushless kit ? would you tell us some more details about your dx settings, used lipos (25/45C) , swashplate, mainshaft (carbon / alu) etc ? thanks
@highadvantage9 жыл бұрын
This is a completely stock nano. I use the settings from the manual for my TX. I believe the only adjustment I made was to lower the head speed a touch.
@stevesparrow85988 жыл бұрын
+highadvantage when you say lowered your head speed, do you mean lowerd it past idle 1?

I can fly my NCPX about at this level, But I got the CPS, and it is so full of flaws and glitches, I cant even fly it indoors. I can fly the MCPX BL in doors better than I can the CPS. I hope they get the bugs out of it.

you're too good ha ha… My friend just gave me one and it came with its own transmitter within five minutes I got rid of the transmitter and I'm using an older DX 6i... But at least now I can set up the swash plate it flies great much better… But I'm not as good as you are your cheating this is computer special effects right?
