OK, so the film looks promising, and visually stunning, but I'm not sure how I feel about the second half of this making it look like the film's going to be action packed. I think that's probably misleading, seeing how the first Blade Runner wasn't an action film at all. It's like the Drive trailers all over again. Regardless, I'm hyped.

From a person who has watched the first movie, read the first two books, and is currently reading the 3rd book; I just can’t get enough of Blade Runner, and I cannot wait for this movie! By the way, for the people who say Hollywood can’t make something original, well there are 3 book sequels to the original book. Don’t blame Hollywood for having a good director along with the original director make a sequel to a movie that still has a lot of ground to cover. Also for all the people who say that this movie ruins the speculation of if Deckard is a replicant. Well based on the books, he isn’t. Denis Villeneuve is one the great directors working today and I'm confident he will expand on Ridley Scott's main themes from the original, death, origin, genesis and the quest for immortality.
