This is not made on just one unpatched Mother-32… listen carefully, and you will hear several synthesizers playing at once. Also, out of the box, the Mother-32 does not have any effects, so more than likely an ambient guitar pedal or VST effects are being used as well.

How did you do to achieve those several layers of sound ? Of course, there's a prepared backtrack, but I hear three other layers : 2 arpeggios and the notes you play on the keyboard. Is the Mother-32 capable of playing all of this or did you prepare those things too beforehand (at least the mid-frequency arpeggio) ?
@RemixSample3 ай бұрын
Hi! What you hear in the background is a soft synth called the Legend. It has a very similar sound to M32 so I like to use it along side of it. It's definitely possible to recreate most of the sounds using Mother 32's but it's time consuming and makes a video like this annoying to make XD. Here is a playlist of me only using two Mother 32's along with external effects (soundtoys crystallizer and Valhalla Shimmer) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qpvaeaqMd7yKo80

@@RemixSample Gothca! Your explanations are super helpful btw. I think the one thing I and many users would really love to nail down a workflow is a demo on how exactly you use Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch. I get the concept but would dearly love to see how you use it for the 'pad' track that works in conjunction with this M32 soloing and programmed sequences. Tnx again 🙂

I have not tried another synth that has such a rich and brilliant sound as the Moog Mother 32. The oscillators and filters really sound like a Moog.
