Blade & Soul NA Fallen Aransu School

A guide for the weekly 12-man mini-raid of Fallen Aransu School.
Mechanics
- Establish a CC pattern (either do KD & Stun or Stun & KD)
- Enter Soul Space before Hellfire runs out (lasts 60 seconds)
- Knock downs trigger the entry/exit of Soul Space if you are facing the boss
- Exiting Soul Space puts After Effect on you for 30 seconds
- Do NOT enter Soul Space if After Effect is active
- 2 arms up in the air = outer and then inner punishment aoes
- 1 arm up in the air = inner and then outer punishment aoes

When you say face away from the boss do you have to just look behind you, be behind him or take distance from him ? For the Aftereffect Debuff

Your character needs to have their back to the boss. That is how you "face away" from the boss.

Because when you leave Soul Separation you have a debuff timer. If you go back into SS while the timer is still active you instantly die.

U didn't mention that u get a large AP buff if ure in soul sep, so its better to stay in soul sep as long as possible, maybe u didnt notice that.

Are you ranged? If so, DPS at 10 meters and then either walk in or out of the punishment aoe. It's based on how he moves his hands.

I would recommend watching his attack pattern as he repeats it. Just before he does the punishment aoe be ready to SS/dash out when it's in/out or out/in.

KD is knockdown. Honestly it's so long since I've played fm, but I think they should have some forme of knockdown/stun/daze skill.
