As a young car enthusiast who owns 3 older cars, I can happily say that all 3 cars plus maintenance and modifications have cost me less than what my friends have paid for their newer cars, I haven't had to take on any debt to purchase them, and insurance is cheaper. That is the best way you can end off the series, by saying we all need to enjoy every point A, every point B, and the journey between. Saying we shouldn't judge people by the age of their car. Personally, I want to drive a 2004 Nissan Altima, which some would consider an "old car", though it was manufactured on the model year I was born on (I was born in 04). If someone tries to tell me, "Oh, your car's stupid cuz it's old," I will say, "I like my car, so I'ma drive my car." Back to the point, I like the way you ended that.

As i always say: The good tuning only adds extra things and never takes away. If you can find a part that performs better than the OEM version, it's not rice. You can put everything on your car, just do your research, and do it on the correct way. I spent 2 months to find myself the perfect set of aftermarket wheels. Yes, the main point was the visual appealance. But i checked other details like mass, best tire options etc... If you keep this simple hint you will never be a ricer.

Old cars are for poor people? Alright.... you try and maintain / restore a 1952 chevy 3100 with chrome parts galore that have gone to rust. Chrome parts, especially full grills, can get real expensive real quick. And if you don't want to replace, say your grill because its the original, well good luck because getting it rechromed will cost you at least a grand, depending on where ya go.
