I am deeply sorry for my following comment, please forgive my language, in advance. It's f-word awesome, I'm an amateur in cuisine, I wish I had the money that this knife costs, it's worth every dollar. When you were polishing the blade you could see that the knife is flexible enough for a chef's work. It's a wonderful job. Thanks

Beautiful tool man ! That blade "pop's" out at you. Handle selection is spot on. The 4 wheel attachment with it's backer belt is interesting, It adds a little more support than a slack belt but less than the platten. Thanks for posting

Fit and finish seems a lot like cooking and cheffing...you stand in one place for a long time😁. Beautifully gorgeous piece. The handle shape is real interesting with the wide end. I'd be super interested in putting it through the paces. My knife is pretty much in my hand 8 hours a day. Since pros choke up on the handle I'd also be interested in how it is against a "chefs callous". Plus the sped up voice over is pretty funny

But I keep on going back at it every day and perhaps one day, I will be happy with the thing I've made. Ehhh, probably not. But I keep at it. Thank you for giving us plodders something to aspire to.

Hey brotha, long time watcher first time commenter, absolutely love your work, its incredibly inspirational and you are what's really made me make the jump from a spectator to getting my hands dirty! Thank you! I have a question tho, I see you using the 4 wheeled attachment on the grinder quite a bit and was curious what exactly it is? What purpose does that serve over a standard platen attachment or contact wheel?
