This video tells me nothing about how to operate the filter. Please add a video that helps or shows how to operate. Please use close-ups so its understandable. I had to enlarge this video just to see the direction the centre yellow dial is supposed to be positioned. Is the arrow supposed to go to the lock position or the other side? As turning it to lock tends to stop the flow. Do you dose it while it's running or do you turn it off? So many questions and no answers from Blagdon. They are all about selling and nothing about operating. I've had a 13000 now for 6 months and I still don't know if I am dosing or setting the dosing chamber correctly. I have searched the web and their instruction books. The filter seems to work but more from luck as I'm unsure what I am doing. But the water tends to just trickle out most of the time. A full instruction video rather than selling what it does I am sure would help a lot of owners. But unfortunately, Blagdon does zero to help customer/owners in that regard! They also don't respond to emails. The only videos other than useless Blagdon sales videos are review videos from random reviews videos that don't show how to operate it...

They still fill up with dirt. I would prefer this to be in the pond without the uv otherwise it something ugly to hide.
