Don’t know if this will help anyone but here’s how it’s been working for me. I have Pokémon Violet and the Legend of Zelda TotK OLED Switch. So on the first part after clicking “ok” to the “04/22/2024” date I click “I want to print something” in the game at 9 seconds. If I do 8 or 7 seconds I get the double power up instead of the pokeball lotto power up. For me, I don’t get a pp max but instead a ghost Tera shard, that’s how I know it worked. Once I have the pokeball lotto power up I change the date to “05/20/2016” and click “I want to print something” at 12 seconds. Then it works. Also, I don’t restart my game, I just go back to printing, reset the dates and it works all over again. I can do that endlessly.

For the people who keep trying the master ball one by keep getting a Lure, Moon and Dream ball try 17 seconds instead of 16. 16 always gave me the 3 balls mentioned above. 17 worked perfectly for the 5 masterballs. I’m also playing on switch lite in case that might influence anything.

1 little note. To set up the ball isn’t as strict as you think. I got 2 different results but the ball lotto still happened. I got either 7 nuggets or a pp max. The nuggets work too. But know if you get a black belt, you did it too early and now have to deal with a 2x

Using a Nintendo switch oled, following Blaine’s 8 second was giving me PP but not turning on the Lotto function. Contribute some PP for the blueberry academy and follow Blaine’s process and go back to the lotto machine and choose the option Make it Better, it will take two attempts and you’ll be prompted to upgrade and the Poke Ball Loto function is available. I would like to note that when I date skip in general, my game sometimes doesn't like to register the skip. I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue. This did happen to me a couple times when trying this exploit, so it didn't trigger but I just kept resetting and trying and I did eventually get it. So if you do have this issue just keep trying, it does work. (Also, yes I do have internet sync shut off, my game just seems to lag and not register date skips sometimes for whatever reason. If you have a solution to this I'd love the advice).

So I've done this exploit 3 times and I've gotten the same recurring apriballs in the same order. Dream, Sport, Dream, Friend, Sport, Friend, Beast, Safari, Moon and finally Level. These all have been as close to 11 seconds, while still passing the 11 second threshold, as possible and I haven't experimented further. I will edit this IF I find anything change
