A she looking person can have female and male organs inside and outside and the same as a boy looking person. It is chromosomal and maturation at puberty determines their sexual preference for a partner. This is not to say all LGBTQ are hermaphrodites from birth but it does have high incidence. Blair could be XXY. These birth anomalies have been labeled as defects. These people have had great harm caused to them both emotionally, spiritually, and physically. On the advice of Doctors to parents who want what is best, have surgically assigned them into one or the other and in every case they are messed up and I don't mean as in botched surgeries but that can be the case also. These people are standing up for their right to remain as they were born. They are organized nationally and internationally. What would you do if you were born with a penis and a vagina? Or variations of it? You would've been "fixed" as a baby or a child only to later not fit into that assigned sex. Like it or not this is real. I've done quite a bit of reading into the tribes. A queer could be accepted by a bisexual man who already had one or more wives. I haven't found true lesbian accounts but it probably existed. Plain's tribes had separate tepees for wives and their children so a lesbian relationship could've been possible I'd suppose. Idk how it went with Iroquois with their long houses. The big difference between them and us is they were a tribe. That meant you lived with all your relations. It meant that children had continual access to both parents. There was one account in the Blackfeet Nation in Canada. A European guy in the 1960's or 70's went all in and became Blackfeet. He was completely accepted. His Blackfeet friend had two wives and the wives slept together. No mention that they were also lesbian but who knows. So in your view they go to hell?

Biologically, Blaire's a man and no amount of hormones or surgery is going to change that. However, she has genuine gender dysphoria, meaning the female-presenting body feels right to her and she is happier when people use female pronouns. Since she is respectful, honest and - as you said - would be perceived as a woman by any stranger, both looks-wise and from the way she behaves, even a lot people who are usually against calling trans people by their preferred pronouns are alright with using she/her for Blaire. Upset and opposition is normal, but through history it's been given the ability and status it should deserve with communication and understanding. The trans "movement" is making that immigration to acceptance and precaution way more complicated and violent than it needs to be. Trans women are transitioning and learning and moving to a social and integral expectancy that they did not grow up and experience, which is why women feel their existence is being attacked and nulled. I have followed, as a biological female, many trans stories that are heart breaking, joyous, suffering and triumphant, pain staking and reevaluating and honestly tragic. We are so complicated but also so simple as humans, that a haircut or a body build can make us split second think how to approach and interact with the person in "the wild", and that just shows we are ingrained to fell and develop and know we are a certain way. Trans people mentally, are built different, just like anyone that exists. There minds lay how they are genetically wrong, and genetically misplaced which is what we aren't researching or taking into account. They analyzed criminals and serial killer brains because they stand out, not associating trans with killers OBVIOUSLY, it's just a small fragment reaction occurring frequently. We don't have "modern day serial killers" because we have the ability to stop them easier through tracking and habits, behavior and "clue signs". Trans are much more complicated, but could be in 10 years we scan fetus brains and see that they are MTF at birth through conductivity and brain development. It is harder to make a male among any populace or species, mammal or reptile or even bird because the Y is the factor. I find this scientifically complex and interesting, where actual scientist that mostly sell their souls to pharm don't care that these patterns are increasing in placebos and mental health patients.

You can make up words, and make up ideological hoo-haa and even change definitions, but you can't change reality. There are physiological differences between men, and women. This is why men's restrooms have urinals and women's restrooms don't, for example. If everyone wanted to be truly honest then we would simply say that they're men who feel better or enjoy behaving and appearing as women, but of course that's far too rational now as this community has drifted further and further from reality.
