I don't think Justin Baldoni would have ever filed a lawsuit if Blake Lively hadn't filed hers. While I recognize Justin's lawyer may be padding his lawsuit, I do think the intimidation factor from Justin Baldoni's point-of-view with Taylor Swift and Ryan Reynolds is solid. Despite I do believe Taylor is also a victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Ryan is a different story. If all this boils down to Blake bullying Justin for the franchise rights, I hope Justin settles for a huge amount. I hate bullies, I don't care if it's coming from a man or woman. And I hate it when the bullies win. Justin is right to stand up for himself. I also don't see this going to court and there will be a settlement.

Lol. Well, she was referring to what the scene entailed. In the movie, there is no dialogue in this scene, and you do not hear them talking. That's what she was referring to- however it's ironic that she went out of her way to say there was no dialogue in the scene, but it's she herself who kept insisting to 'pretend talk' for the scene.

What Blake has done is a HUGE injustice to any person who’s dealt with harassment. The way she promoted a DV movie as a “wear your florals” rom-com was disgusting at best. I think his “body shaming” accusation is about holding a mirror up to her accusations to show how pointless this is. In other words, both accusations are open to interpretation depending on context. It seems like these were two people who assumed mutual trust and understanding and in that context, he’s doing what he thinks is right for the scene and she’s joking about his nose. Take away the trust and understanding and add a lawsuit and it’s sexual harassment and body shaming. If she was uncomfortable with him or without an intimacy coordinator, she should’ve made that clear before shooting the scene-she had no issue calling a lot of other shots. If anything, the power dynamic is in her favour.
