There was a forced error in the allegations that reveals someone other than Lively could be the author. I don't recognize the behavior of either Lively or Baldoni in them, so I'm guessing it was the jealous and vindictive franchise-grabbing husband with his own production company. The forced error was a fraudulent fabrication which can easily be proved to a jury. With all the evidence coming out, from text messages to the unedited footage, it makes sense that RR created those s.h. allegations.

Selective editing here. Access Hollywood edited out the part where Baldoni first gestures for permission to kiss her neck/shoulder and Lively then invites him to do so by moving her hair off her shoulder with her hand and then by flipping her hair back -- the invitation is obvious to see IN THE FULL VIDEO FOOTAGE. Of course this doesn't fit with her sexual harassment claims, but she didn't write them -- the jealous husband did.

If you have read the book, if you understand the premise behind this scene and that JB promised Colleen Hoover, the author, he would be true to the story in the book you recognize JB is Acting exactly as Ryal is portrayed in the book. Because BL didn't read the book and she wanted to direct this scene like her life with her husband you hear JB trying to tell Blake why they wouldn't be talking and used own experience with his wife to share the view that not all couple's, especially when falling in love and being intimate, just talk nonstop. You hear him bending over backwards to listen to and support her while then attempting to explain the Characters they are portraying. Blake Lively said she didn't need the intimacy coordinator even though one was suggested to her. She lied about the entire scene in her written statement. 1) There was no music. False. 2) Justin Baldoni was talking out of character. (She initiated the talking and actually said she thinks talking would make the scene more romantic). 3) She said he made an out of place overture by saying "you smell so good". She didn't provide context because she knew it could be perceived negatively to reinforce her accusation. What really happened was she talked about getting body makeup (fake tan) on him, and he replied "it smells good". This was not a personal compliment. 4) She says he asked about her weight, making it sound stalkerish creepy, meanwhile, he asked her trainer about her weight because of a scene where he would have to lift her up and wanted to make sure this wouldn't put pressure on his back which had been injured in the past. 5) She says he just entered her Trailer while she was breastfeeding, meanwhile, she text messaged him and told him to go over to rehearse lines. Why did she lie constantly about what happened? She deliberately excluded context to create the SH narrative. She lied. She lied about the very things which reinforced her accusation. Full stop.
