well this song yes for sure. And I love Stapleton and every song he does but you can't say he is really country like in the same sense this is or George Jones Hank Jr etc. Stapleton is one of the best singers out for sure but he sings a lot of blues and jazz and a lot of other styles with a country taste in them.This is more old school country that most of us wish would come back and Stapleton is a different flavor of country that everybody loves but it is not traditional country. Again he is one of my favorites period so nothing negative meant in the comment.
