I'm still of the opinion that you should go to colleges and hire some part timers for your sweatshop at least after the first batch goes out and money trickles back in. People are paying for precut wires, and we'll pay for preassembly too at least to an extent. More than $50 I'd think about assembling it myself. I'd also put arcade controller with a cartoonish image near your blamcon logo on the packaging to minimize any shipping issues especially when you start shipping fully assembled.

Well, watch the Vyper build video and see what it takes. It's not like I can find people randomly who can do this kinda work. It's specialized work and I am training people to do it. And I have someone coming in in a few weeks who's a specialist who may be able to take some work off my hands. I'm the one who has to stand by the quality of the work and until I can build up the right systems and bring on the right people, I just sorta have to suck a lot of it up and do it myself. I have worked as a business consultant and run multiple startups. I've been down this road before and I think we're striking a good balance. Happy to debate on Discord as well, always love to hear fresh perspectives but it also has to be realistic.

I only made it about 25% down the list, I'm answering questions personally but it's gonna take me a few days. I've hired one of my kids to help with the emails where there's no questions but it's still a daunting task

Would be nice but if I just focused on money and volume we would never be able to offer all these cool options. We're a small shop and hand make everything so we may scale later, but for now we're just focusing on pushing the boundaries of what's possible

Hi, im new to 3D printing, and noticed mostly everyone uses similar torx screws for their models, can I ask if theres a bulk pack you recommend buying?

M3 and M4 Cap head set. They usually have from 6mm to 25mm. Great place to get started. Cheaper from Aliexpress but Amazon has great deals if you want them faster. If you want to go further Button head and Self Tapping Pan head are great next sets in the same sizes

There's a short in our feed about it, and I have a post about it recently in the light gun lunatics group. A gent came over to try it and left with a nice bruise, going to counterweight it some more to soften the impact but I think we're on the right track :D
