Blamed ME for THIS | HVAC TECH | leaking attic unit and a potential callback?

What’s going on y’all?! Hope everyone’s doing well and ready for thanksgiving!! Get a few calls on today’s video for yall and hope you enjoy.
First call was a vent that had been leaking, well originally the vents were taped off because remodeling was happening, so thought was unit was freezing. Turns out the drain looks like it’s never cleared in the 15 years since the unit was installed. Was a bit more difficult than a drain cleaning. Ended up actually replacing the unit 👍🏻
Next call was a call back by the second tech 🤦🏼‍♂️ I could hear on arrival, the compressor trying to start by the air handler, but needed to get on the roof which I failed to do the previous visit and would have saved a callback. Even tho it was not a callback in the sense of an issue I messed up I just didn’t perform SOP and present options to the customer. But get them up and running and good to go, easy 7-fiddy

Hello New to your channel. Good content young techs should watch. I noticed in this video you were using the MB4B . I'm thinking of getting the MB5B on the promo. Not that I need another pouch LOL. But I find the TP-XL swings off my shoulder when I go down a roof hatch and throws me off balance. I'm to old to get hurt now. That’s the mb4b, removable backpack straps if necessary, keep it light and simple! That’s the lock jaw ladder grip, thing definitely is sweet 👍🏻
