Ran same thing for a few months now. Tried explaining to my woman and this video helped because we have 2 30s and a 60. Traverse over extended and wanted to show my woman that the parts are.... bad sensor setup where it's just a rod that hits a switch to stop traverse but a decent machine I can get the smalls to 2thou and the big boy in tolerances of 4thou.

Ran same one for a few years. In that time I also spent many shifts on the 84", 96" and 120". But the 60" was my usuall grind.

I ran a similar grinder for many years and devised a way to hold size within .0005 constantly it was tool I designed but after I retired lost it.
