Affectionately dubbed the #MalcolmXofComedy, 2018 ABFF/HBO "Comedy Wings" Grand Champion, and Dallas native "Blaq Ron" Dailey II is a fastly rising comedian, writer, and orator. His immense love of standup made him a student of the game at quite an early age. That, coupled with his Baptist/Pentecostal upbringing and brief ministerial career, honed him into an act reminiscent of comedy's Golden Age. He has written for some of the industry's leading and long-lasting comedians (Earthquake, Rickey Smiley, Kym Whitley, DC Young Fly, et al.), as well as the hottest TV/Radio shows (MTV's WildNOut, QuakesHouse). Regaled as a dynamic "Comic's comic", he has toured and performed on cruises, podcasts, college campuses, and in comedy clubs and theatres Coast to Coast! I snatched me a free one at Sam's club. I deliver there and the forklift guy walked me outside when I saw a box of watermelons, but they were all kinda rotten on the outside and I asked him if I could just take one since they get thrown out anyways and he said go ahead. I was thinking about maybe just cutting off the rotten end...but as I looked through I saw one that was perfect in there, it just had the rotten goo from the other ones on the rind which I wiped off. I felt like a queen with my free perfect water melon. Ate the whole thing when I got home and it was the sweetest and best...maybe just because it was free. Pissed like a race horse all night tho 😆
