To the the group of friends pissing on someone. In my state you'll most likely get assault with a bodily fluid with the intent to do harm. And in my state they have a "point system" in place bc of rona based on the crime and what type depends on how many points you rack up the more points the more likely you'll see jail/ prison while so adding into you're stay in jail / prison. So based on that is I'd say you'd get at least 1 to 2 years jail with probably 1 year probation after being released plus paying all the fines and court fees that come with it (well in my state standard practice is to automatically charge the person 450$ court room fee just to attend their own court hearing probation ranges from 30$ to 60$ per month per visit you make to you p.o officer. What I've learned sitting in on them is the justice system isn't a justice system anymore is a pay to win rpg with extra steps. How I know is I sometimes just go sit in on in on them to see the outcomes.
