@@omega_sol it is a great game, I replayed it so many times. I remember my asocial playthrough (picking mandatory items only, as little interactions with other characters as possible, no health upgrades, no moves purchased, no beads (except for the bead that tells you health of your enemies and the immaculate bead), as little sword power as possible, all the bead arenas, no prayers). It was a fun time, sadly the second half of the Son of The Miracle bossfight just bombards my tiny default health with unrelenting napalm. It is still worth it. Fond memories indeed.

I doubt they will cut down on the gore, it's part of the world building. I would bet it will be implemented near the end together with other finishing touches and special effects.

The more I watch the trailer the more I like it, it looks faster then the first game in the moveset (and that one was already fast), the enemies look amazing and it seems we have some returning, we finally have multiple weapons available for the Penitent One and the soundtrack sounds amazing. Espero que el juego mejore en todos los aspectos y sea un digno sucesor del primero, lo espero con ansias.

Yes! Blasphemous is one of my all-time favorites. The sequel looks to deliver more of the same brilliance that made the original so stellar. Glad to see a hint of challenging platforming too (loved the gameplay experience of Strife & Ruin). Very excited about this.
