Went for rain, nertz, kyxsan, snappi and sunpayus. First drafted snappi for cheap price and incredible role activation, and then just decided to bet on Falcons wholesale :) Hoping for sunpayus 1.30 bonanza now 😅

i like this as far as 2/2/1 drafts go! it's a shame magisk / sjuush doesn't work instead as i prefer that kinda variant, but kyxsan can have big games :)

Hey Lucy 👋 I went for a double NIP double BIG with Magisk. Might be risky, but rinkle was owning lately and in combination with isak definitely pickable. And BOG with the cheap Krimbo/Syrson combo I am quite excited! Saw them at cologne and the vibe was pretty good in the team with rigoN. Besides that, syrson will be playing from his home and we all know that he is buffed then 😂 I think you got smtg like a minimal risk team here. it's pretty good tbh! i wanted syrson toooo but meant i couldn't get volt. but he's such an onliner he's guaranteed to payoff for that price! risk is what it's all about with showdown, and tbh r1nkle is super good for 215k. same price as ropz but much better return on that investment! good luck :)

I'm also going double heroic this event as I'm not willing to shell out 215k for current ropz, let alone 220k+ for the other 2 carries, no matter how much I like Faze as a team. Rain is a super reliable farmer against lower ranked opposition though, so I feel he's alright with the 206k. 💪💪💪 So here's what I came up with: Nertz, kyxsan, rain, Grim and kauez. Good luck! 🍀

pretty similar reasoning to me but with a little spice :) you don't wanna go floppy over kauez for the 2/2/1? i remain a big pain believer tho, so i like!

@@lucycasts Yeah, I'm still on the fence about that. I'd love a double CoL pick, but at the same time, I think kauez is 2x the player floppy is. If it wasn't for Elige, I'd be avoiding CoL like the black plague hahaha. ...which leads me to a bit of a rant here, but whatever, I'll just leave it for you here, I'm curious what you think: I honestly think that floppy, grim and hallzerk don't deserve Elige and JT. They have been making the exact same mistakes for YEARS completely unpunished, and I feel so sorry for the other two. - Faze should buy Elige and sell frozen to solve their double lurker issue. Or maybe Liquid could replace kekindar, who's also been shamelessly stealing paychecks for a good while now. - JT is a solid IGL who could go to just about any team where the players are willing to put in the work and fix their damn mistakes. I think he'd be amazing in Falcons... or maybe Fnatic if they get a passable awper as well (yeah, baitF and his obnoxious baiting is another big problem there, but he can at least carry his own weight, unlike at least 1 out of the 3 from CoL every game).

I got top 6% in IEM Cologne Playoffs because I went 2/2 with Vitality and Navi and my 5th was arrozdoce. This one is really difficult due to the format. But could be a fun one to try and pick a different team like drafting Falcons, NIP or another outsider team.

Hi Lucy, I made a two fantasy, but i don´t decision between them #1 Fantasy: FL4MUS - Multi fragger Grim - leader floppy - support rain - HS machine ICY - AWP (I don´t know which role take for Grim.) #2 fantasy: rain - HS machine karrigan - Eco friendly Sunpayus - AWP n0rb3r7 - Support maden - Attacker

i think your second team is potentially safer but runs the issue of having a lot of common picks (rain+karrigan is probably 25% of drafts, karrigan alone is 50% of drafts). i do rate the double falcons play alongside it though! the first team is super kooky, 5 good players, but big risks in ICY and fl4mus. i can see this working out for you (though rain and ICY face each other in round 2) but you have to accept there's a reasonable chance you lose a player early

I'm going Dupreeh-Snappi-alex-Maxster-Broky I went with alex-Maxster-Broky because as far as I know they didn't use snap tap up until it was banned so they may play better than the snap tappers then I went Snappi for role activation and old man Dupreeh because he's been good.

this is cool, i don't think many will have falcons/NIP double up, and you have the (probably) least picked faze player to bail you out if needed. for this sort of event i really like this draft

This event feels like such a crapshoot lol. I’m going with Grim, JT, Nertz, kyxsan and rain. I originally had sjuush and n0rb3r instead of kyxsan and rain.

kyxsan and sjuush are a coinflip anyway, you'd think sjuush should be the go to every day but he's had some shockers lately! rain feels necessary to get a slice of the faze pie in my eyes

@@lucycastsYeah I noticed that sjuush and kyxsan had far too similar ratings in the last 3 motnhs for me to justify spending an extra 14k for sjuush. I agree that rain feels necessary with how expensive everyone else on Faze is.

karrigan is in 50% of teams currently, and there's kind of two philosophies at that point. do you want to go with the crowd so you get good points if he farms vs rare atom? or do you want to buck the trend with a risk like volt, which has much higher point potential, but could burn you round 1 tough choices but thats what fantasy is about! :D
