Hello dear you did all possible procedure What all could have gone wrong Age bit high Blastocyst might not have survived as your doctor expected You need hysteroscopy for uterine study also for activating the endometrium .. I had 58 eggs retrieved(I have pcos) 41 that were mature. Of the 41 that were mature all fertilized, however some fertilized incorrectly(1pn). I was left with 35 embryos. On day 5 the lab froze 10 blasts 4 were 3AA,the rest a mix of 3AB or 3BA and one was 4BB. The next day however I had 18 more make it to blastocyst and be frozen, 6 of which were AA with expansions between 4 and 6. The rest were a mix of AB and BA and 6 BB’s. My concern is that I only chose to pgs test the 10 that became blasts on day 5, all of which only had an expansion of 3 with the exception of the 1 BB.Would I have had better success in the future if I had pgs tested the day 6 AA blasts that had a higher expansion number? I feel so confused and conflicted.

I didn’t develop any symptoms after Aside from some minor pain and bloating so I was able to take Tylenol and rest and I was completely back to normal 4 days later. @@nissarivf I think what I found to be most shocking is that about 70 percent of my eggs that were mature made it to blastocyst. And that number includes the 6 that fertilized incorrectly but we’re still allowed to grow. If we exclude the ones that didn’t fertilize correctly that means that 80 percent of my eggs that fertilized properly made it to become blasts!

Sir, will embryos grade change frequently on an hourly basis? Our experience before ivf transfer dr said its 2cc.
