Pair blastoise with 2 non ex mew two and two fossil for discard and Sabrina protection and only play water energy I get him online pretty consistently

@@Broccolixs I’ll have to try the fossils. I’ve done baby Mewtwo and snorlax to get him online with only water but this build felt good to have a strong partner in Starmie
