Being a lifelong EDM fanatic, I could stop smiling when watching this vid. Mandala is one of my recent favorites, which is probably why it came up in my suggestions. Bearing witness to the realisation that this music penetrates your soul and sets it free was utterly wholesome. I especially love their reactions. These guys were loving it. @@Georgealfa21 I understood what he said in the subtitles to be more like "This music sounds like it was played in the mountains" and at the time I took it as his interpretation of the sonic space the producer @Blastoyz has created with judicious use of reverbs, delays, and also the horn-like synths that very much sounded like an Alpenhorn or the Tibetan 'Dungchen' horn. It is quite mindblowing to think how we have evolved from banging things with sticks to make a sound to being able to use computers to acoustically simulate any environment.

I've been in lot of psytrance parties, and their mindset and manner fits perfectly to this genre. I dont feel any different from this, since I was a kid I’ve been in love with psytrance, it started for me around 2008 and it’s been stable ever since, I now mix on dj decks for a hobby, I’m an optometrist and I plan to DJ psytrance music as a side job, not for the job, but for having the tools and knowledge to enjoy loud music with people who just understands this, everyone is welcome. It’s an inner force in all of us, it’s life in all things around us, it’s not the drums, it’s the sounds, it has always been there, since our ancestors, I do believe these are the sounds carried across all life forms and everything across our universe. For me there is no music with as much feeling as this. Love the vibe from this people, I feel the same, it’s inner peace and love and appreciation for life and all it’s things

In the early 1990's we called this style of trance Goa. I have crates of this on vinyl.
