Does this episode have to occur on the same day aswell, and not only on the date and month? Like for example, this one's at 1st Sunday of April. Does it have to be on that same day aswell? And also what is the context of "1st"? Is it the date or is it telling you that this event will occur on the first Sunday day of April? Need some answers

It has nothing to do with the date. It's just the first Sunday of the month of April. So in 2022 that falls on the 3rd.
