Billy Harper/Pete Stuart/Roly Veitch - Jazz at The Ninepins - 'Cottontail'

For a two year period around 2001/2002 this trio held a very enjoyable weekly Tuesday residency at The Nine Pins pub/restaurant at Saltwell, Gateshead on Tyneside. On this evening our pianist Bill Harper recorded the trio using a Sony Walkman recorder. This song was composed in 1940 by Duke Ellington and has long been a favourite of jazz musicians.
