"The top line of heroes" has in my opinion by far the highest "cool characters density", I actually love all of them a lot, especially anduin which is kinda ironic if I think about your experiences with him, I guess all the great heroes start with an "A".

Adhesive Petroleum had the aa auto attacks ignites oil combined . Giving it slow while oil ignited and while in the burning oil enemies take 35% aa dmg for 3 sec. 12:13

Something to point out here. Early game without a specific talent you should not be igniting your oil if you want it to slow. Once ignited the slow is instantly removed. Definitely do not ignite the oil if you need the slow, which got Pally killed at some point when he was running from Morales with Abathur hat.

He hasn't done one of these in about 3 years(I think, I haven't been keeping up with his channel like I should have been) for that EXACT reason. I also think this is going to be the LAST time he ever does one of these because the game just doesn't get the juices flowing like it used to, or that's what I have been gathering from many of the comments I have seen in the videos!

I love Blaze, I played him a ton and he became my favorite Tank for a while. The talent that makes you unstoppable with your trait is one of my favorites to take, especially when using Combustion, since it means even stun-heavy comps can't stop me from getting it off, and also gives me a means of escape if I over-extend a bit too much.

The crit damage on Blazes Q used to be a talent with high pick rate, so now its baseline. The "aa igniting oil spills" affect used to be part of Incinerator Gauntlets, making Adhesive Petroleum a must pick with it as oil spills would always get ignited and lose their slow. The affect is now part of Adhesive Petroleum since it fits more with ignited oils spills slowing than increased PvE Damage and aa Arc Size.

I just love that blaze can set himself on fire (his oil slick) and it heals him. I really want a character that is a PYROMANIAC that is a support. Not in hots, but in something else.

Blaze is Great. All the Wave Clear. Early game Blaze is a monster. Only a few solo laners can compete. In Team fight... He can completely shutdown enemy damage dealers.

adhesive petroleum also gives aa dmg buff now (vs anything that isnt a building), so with that talent u can go back to the days of in-sane camp clear. also its pretty impressive vs heroes as well.

Pally, idk if you read these comments ('cause they're mean sometimes), but if you do: When you get to Illidan, can you make a note to talk about how different he was in Alpha? I feel like he's the only hero to have his whole kit entirely *replaced* in a rework. I can't think of anyone else, and I don't remember you ever talking about it. You played a lot in the alpha, so I thought your perspective would be interesting.

@@sid-su5pz I swear I've linked a couple times now. Google IGN's guide for Illidan from may 2014. He had entirely different abilities and a different passive: he could mark people with his Q or ultimates, and his other abilities had additional effects on marked people. Dive was a straight line skill shot dash that would root while he flipped over them only if they were marked, and sweeping strikes was a cone AOE that silenced marked enemies.

You forgot to mention that Blaze is consistently one of the worst tanks in the game, generally battling with Stitches for the bottom spot. I love playing him, but he always feels like a struggle. I think he needs another way to self-heal. Standing in your oil during a team fight seems so awkward. Also, jet propulsion delay with the loud sound effect makes it more easily dodged. I think if they removed that delay and gave him another heal option (maybe just a regen master quest) he'd be fantastic.

Ive been watching a lot of Khaldor's e-sports commentary on the X-Cup Summer series and Blaze seems to show up a lot? (So does Stitches actually, especially when paired with Medivh for the hero gorge & yoink through a portal to insta kill)

Its *always* bunker, so maybe that helps a lot at the high tiers of play

@@michaeloberg0 Yeah, since Stitches' latest mini rework he's been a lot stronger, but historically one of the lower tanks. And Stitches/Medivh has always been an amazing combo. Blaze can be really good in the right hands. But in ranked play, compared to other tanks he's just not there. Generally competing for worst win rates among tanks. I think a couple of small tweaks and he would be mid to upper tier among tanks. It just seems they buff him, he does well, Blizz freaks out and immediately nerfs him. Poor guy.
