I agree with Bloopy Boop. You could start by saying you have a passion for understanding how people think. Then talk about any books you've read, classes you've taken, organizations you're in, or other "experience" you have learning about how people think. Finish by saying you'd like to study psychology and pursue a career that involves learning about how people think and helping people. Does that help?

Good question. What is it about journalism that appeals to you? Is it following a story to get to the truth, is it telling a story that connects with people, is it helping people learn more about the world around them, or is it something else. As a future journalist, you can do some research about what journalists do, and figure out which aspect of the job appeals to you most. Then use that aspect as your passion. I hope that helps. @blazevich4 жыл бұрын
Good question. For engineering, you could say you have a passion for designing things or for solving complicated problems. Engineers need to do both of these things. After stating your passion, talk about any experience you have designing things or solving complicated problems. Have you completed any design projects, taken classes that require to solve difficult problems, etc.? If so, talk about those experiences. Then end by saying what you want to do next. Hopefully you want to go to their school, study engineering, and become an engineer so you can pursue your passion. For dos and don'ts, focus on your passion for learning. Don't spend too much time talking about your recreational interests. The person interviewing you wants to hear why you'd make a good engineer, not what you do to enjoy yourself in your spare time. I hope that helps. Good luck with your interview.
