I have in the past, but not this time. However, every time I do use it, I am always told it doesn't work for semi-permanent hair color.

Hi there! I had stubborn blue hair that wouldn’t come out/had it for like 2 months a few days ago I used joico intensity color remover and it worked wonders! Back to blonde :))

Using bleach can actually steepen the hair dye in your hair!! Hope this helps🥹
