I mean eh. This is really just the same thing as the Naruto and black clover situation. They are similar but naruto didn't inspire the series bleach and berserk did. same as how bleach didn't inspire kagurabachi naruto and john wick did. But however bleach fans before the first chapter even came out said it was another manga inspired by bleach but well that was false. And ive already seen a few say this is just a off brand bleach, so if it does get more popular it'll get more hate and more copied bleach allegations. But i like the fact its a mix of john wick and Naruto with a lil of bleach.

I'm a huge fan of bleach and got into kagurabachi ahalf a year ago and I have to say it has some similarities but y'all have to remember Hokazono already said Naruto and John wick like movies alongside chinese mythology was his main inspiration (Flame bone and The sword Hikari father wielded) But i see what you're saying especially i noticed it when Chihiro told Mei to pull it together really reminded me of zanpakutous

It follows Izuku Kira and one of the members of Central 46 “Nayura Amakado”. It’s a pretty good read and mostly showcases and explains the events that occurred from when Kira was killed to him arriving after the Lille Barro fight was finished, while also giving further insight into Kira’s character and Nayura.

Btw kagurabachi wasn't in the slightest inspired by bleach. The creator said it was inspired by mostly naruto and John wick. People before the first chapter of kagurabachi even came out was saying it was inspired by bleach and people even now is still saying it is. But he already stated all of his inspiration's and bleach isn't one of them. But anyway glad you're talking about kagurabachi it's actually good and sad that most people didn't stick around more to actually let it cook instead of being idiots expecting the first chapter to be the peak of peaks. This is basically the same situation as naruto and black clover. They have their similarities but tabata said black clover was inspired by berserk, bleach, and mythology and japanese folk tale.

If ppl like a good storyline and mystic mixed into martial arts I highly recommend the manga version of Tenjho Tenge by Oh!Great - The Manga is really more developed than the anime had time to do and has more depth - The anime isn't bad as it's pretty close to the story but doesn't go far into the whole story

Okay, so I started reading this back when it was published, and it didn’t help with how the leaks and memes somewhat affected the experience. And with most of the tweets that were said, I am sorry for what the people in Japan had to read that was tasteless. But with that out of the way, what did I think about the first arc. Well, it had a few rough patches here and there as well as a few nitpicks. Mainly from some writing choices that I worry about (mainly from a power scaling aspect, as well as how it was trying to fine tune the humor). And the other being art. Now I would say that some of those art problems were improved upon as we went along such as facial expressions as well as it not feeling as stiff as it was in the beginning. But again, as Kagurabachi progressed, it improved upon those nitpicks. Although one thing that Hokazono needs to do with the art is explore more different color palates as he constantly uses the same Black, White, and Red scheme. I do think the beginning was a bit confusing, but to learn that chapter 1 & 2 had to be read together than being separate entities did throw me for a loop and showed that Hokazono really had a plan going in does help, cause when I started doing this back in 2020, I had serious questions on when artists come in with a solid story structure before they got serialized. But to learn what this story is trying to achieve, I can respect that. As much as it has some elements of Bleach, it also has elements of Naruto. As Hokazono is a massive fan of Naruto and Attack on Titan (it was said in his bio of favorite manga). But also he is a massive fan of action movies as some inspiration came from the John Wick franchise. As well as some of the filmmaking works of Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, and Quentin Tarantino (especially the latter when he loved the hyper fantasized version of Japan portrayed in the western movies like Kill Bill). I do think the vs Sojo arc is good as I think it is the modern take of The Land of Waves arc of Naruto since Sojo is this arcs version of Zabuza. But this was just the stepping stone to the next arc as that was an arc that lived up to the hype.

And he said gojo is based off of tobo tobitake(random naruto side character). Team gojo is based off of team 7, yuji and sukuna's relationship is based off of Naruto and kurama's but he wanted sukuna to stay evil Yuji and megumi's relationship is based off of Naruto and Sasuke's. Plus if you literally watch or read jjk yuji during yuji's training he said he wanted to do a spirit gun, Kamehameha, bankai, RASENGAN. Not in this order. It should've been basic knowledge that jjk is inspired by naruto. Naruto fans literally pointed it out and gege basically said those naruto fans were right and he points out his major inspirations in the series.

Bleach didn't inspire kagurabachi. The creator said john wick and Naruto inspired kagurabachi. Bleach fans before kagurabachi first chapter even came out said it was inspired by bleach but it was proven wrong. This is the same exact situation with black clover and Naruto. They both have many similarities but black clover wasn't inspired by naruto at all.
