I'm really happy how the team is treating Uryu. They had two choices: Either make it more apparent that he's a double agent and show him being suspicious a lot more, or double down on him becoming a traitor and I'm happy they chose the latter. It has worked out very well so far.

Absolutely perfect. I especially liked how uryuu's volstandig had the two wings instead of the 1 from his letz stil vs mayuri. Its a nice touch and clear attention to detail

Cour 4 will most likely have Gerard’s n Askins fight as well hopefully they are given justice as it will be sharing the same season with Yhwach vs Ichigo n Aizen

The fight between Senjumaru and Ishida needs more breakdown. Was the hollow real? Maybe it's that some detail for the Hell arc plot. The Needle pierce into Ishida seems to be important for later. Did Senjumaru see his plan or read his minds? Did Haschwalth watch the fight? They kinda focus on Haschwalth and Ishida eyes a lot.

The hollows were not real, when uryu attacked them it showed that they were made of cloth

Your title is bit premature and a overstatement, Uryu got a good moment yeah but he still needs more development, fights and most important a more his backstory and reasoning for his actions

The animation team went hardcore. Seeing Uryu in action against Senjumaru was spectacular, her using apparent Hollows against him jarring. Shows how contradictory Soul Society's higher ups tend to be. Then again, Yamamoto used the dead as weapons despite being a Shinigami whose supposed to do the opposite. Epic start to the third cour.
